1. Every Teacher, Teaching Assistant and Student has to reach school by 10.30 a.m., which is the approved appointed hour of arrival.

2. Prayer assembly starts after the 2nd bell at 10.35 a.m. in presence of all staff and students. The daily class room activities are divided into 7 periods for Class 5 & 6 and 8 periods for rest of the classes upto Class 12. Participation in the Cooked-Mid-Day-Meal (CMDMP) is mandatory for students from Class 5-8.

3. Regularity to maintain daily attendance in proper school uniform (description is given in DRESS CODE Tab) is a must for all students. 70% attendance on an average is necessary for students to appear before an internal examination.

4. Every students has to bring the School Diary, School ID Card along with him daily. Fee for duplicate School Diary is Rs. 50.00 and that of School ID is Rs. 70.00 only.

5. No student is allowed to go outside the school during TIFFIN BREAK. No half leave for students is entertained.

6. Loitering outside the sitting place or within the corridor during the short gap between two successive classes or any other time except TIFFIN BREAK by the students is completely unauthorized and strictly prohibited.

7. Participation in Communicative English, Computer Aided Learning, Annual Sports, Annual Prize Ceremony and other school programme is mandatory for the students.

8. Guardians have to come to school for submission of School Fees (Detailed description is given in FEE STRUCTURE tab) as per the NOTICE served by the school authority. No fee could be submitted without prior notice from the school. A legal guardian can meet the Headmaster on prior appointment through proper channel (Meeting time is given in HOI DESK tab).

9. Fees for Duplicate Certificate is Rs. 20.00 for running students, Rs. 100.00 for students 01 to 05 years older and for the students beyond 05 years old it is Rs. 150.00. Fee for T.C. is Rs. 50.00. Late submission Fee of Evaluated Answer Scripts and Progress Reports is Rs. 30.00 for each subject/item.

10. As per existing Govt. Rules each student is evaluated with both FORMATIVE and SUMMATIVE Tests.

11. Participation in EDUCATIONAL TOUR by every student is also expected. Govt./School gives subsidy to this type of tour from time to time.

12. Every year the school days start from 2nd January by celebrating School Foundation Day (Detail is give in ABOUT tab) and Book Day, when all the students are given FREE Govt. Text Books to start the academic year with a fresh spirit and zeal.

13. Prior NOTICE is usually given by the school authority for any kind of holiday (listed/unlisted), Class suspension etc.

14. BAKP Green Corp has been founded with selected students from each class who have to maintain the general cleanliness in the school premises. Intentional throwing of waste packets / dumping of excess food matter here and there is strictly prohibited.

15. Since 2019 the School Authority has announced the school as PLASTIC FREE Zone.
